Lessebo municipality in Sweden has tested using one of Greenpipe’s base size 108 mm for a lamppost in the town Hovmantorp. Three times the lamppost has been hit by a car. The pole has broken all three times. Greenpipe’s base has stood the test of time on all these occasions. It has only been to replace the pole and reuse the same base, says Joakim Willysson who works with street lighting in Lessebo municipality.
